This project provides 38 multi-family homes for individuals with disabilities and offers an additional 12 unit apartment building for singles or families. A community center is available for residents and community members in need of services.

The Beverly Apartments add value to the neighborhood, increasing property values and expanding access to safe, decent, affordable housing.
